At Rise we believe strong programs are built by strong, aligned people. Our team provides clinical leadership, operational guidance, and day-to-day support that keeps our work grounded in accountability, integrity, and respect.
Our team brings decades of combined experience across behavioral health, clinical care, nursing, and recovery support. Our work extends far beyond the offices and group rooms. We are present in the daily life of the house, working alongside residents as they learn practical skills like cooking, cleaning, maintaining personal space, and building consistent routines. We believe these everyday moments are where confidence, responsibility, and independence are built.
We are equally committed to helping residents connect beyond the program. Our team supports community engagement, employment readiness, and healthy use of outside resources, ensuring clients are not only supported within the house, but prepared to navigate life after treatment.
We are a dream team! Not because of titles and credentials, but because of how we show up every day. We work side by side with residents in the real moments of recovery, offering structure, guidance, and consistency. From making a bed to preparing a meal to managing real-world responsibilities, we are here for the full picture of recovery. Each member of our staff and board has a personal connection to this work, which is why we stay present for the effort that turns progress into lasting change.
Advancing Holistic Health Solutions
Life at Rise is structured and participation based. Residents are expected to engage fully in the routine of the program, take responsibility for shared expectations, and follow through on daily commitments. Life skills are practiced in real time, including cooking, cleaning, employment preparation, and building consistent routines that support independence. Treatment is group centered, with an emphasis on peer accountability, shared responsibility, and mutual respect. Residents are also supported in reflective and expressive work, including written autobiography and creative outlets, while planning intentionally for what comes next – such as employment, family relationships, and reintegration into the community.
At Rise Recovery, our mission is to walk beside individuals as they reclaim their lives from substance use. We offer structure, support, and hope when it’s needed most. Through personalized care, life-skill development, and meaningful community connection, we help individuals rise above their past and build a future they can be proud of. Recovery is more than healing the individual—it’s about restoring families, rebuilding trust, and reigniting purpose. Rise Recovery is here for every step of that journey.
We maintain clear community standards that support safety, dignity, and mutual respect within our program. These expectations help create a stable, supportive space where individuals can focus on their recovery while contributing to a culture of accountability and respect. When challenges or concerns arise that impact trust or emotional wellbeing, they are addressed promptly and thoughtfully to support resolution and the overall health of the community. Our traumas may look different but we all carry them. Rise is a place where everyone can feel seen, safe and supported; we lift each other up – not despite our pain but because of it.
Nicotine use is recognized as a substance use disorder and is treated as part of the overall recovery process at Rise Recovery. Residents who use nicotine products are expected to address nicotine dependence during treatment. Rise Recovery collaborates with smoking cessation resources and expects all residents who use nicotine to be actively engaged in a smoking cessation plan by the start of their third week. Support is provided to help residents approach this process safely, realistically, and with clinical guidance.
Rise incorporates and strongly encourages 12-Step recovery involvement as part of the broader treatment experience. Community-based recovery meetings are recommended to support accountability, peer connection, and continuity of care following discharge.
Residents may pursue employment once they have advanced into the appropriate phase of the program. Employment is introduced intentionally and only when it supports stability, recovery engagement, and overall treatment goals. Work responsibilities are balanced with required programming, group participation, and clinical expectations to ensure recovery remains the primary focus.
